We build all four industry-standard constructions. Pick based on price band, use case and durability requirements.
Hand-stitched
5-ply polyester thread, deepest seams, most durable — the traditional match-grade construction.
Machine-stitched
Consistent seams at scale — ideal for training and promotional balls.
Thermal-bonded
Panels fused by heat and pressure. Seamless, near-waterproof — used in modern professional match balls.
Hybrid
Glued and stitched seams combined for the touch of a thermal ball and the durability of a stitched ball.
