What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ starts at 50 pieces per design for teamwear and accessories. For custom footballs and goalkeeper gloves, MOQ is 100–300 units depending on panel construction and customization. Lower trial quantities are accepted for repeat buyers or bundled orders.

How long does it take to make a sample?

Accepted Answer

Stock samples ship in 3–5 business days. Custom samples with your logo, colour or material changes take 7–12 days after artwork confirmation. Prototype footballs with new molds may need 12–18 days. We share photos and video approval before dispatch.

What is your production lead time for bulk orders?

Accepted Answer

Regular bulk production is 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit. Large orders (5,000+ units) or peak-season months may need 35–45 days. Core football and glove programs ship faster thanks to in-stock raw materials.

Do you ship worldwide and what are your shipping options?

Accepted Answer

Yes — USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Australia, NZ, the Middle East and beyond. Options: DHL/FedEx/UPS express (5–8 days), air freight (10–15 days), sea freight (25–45 days). FOB, CIF, DDP or door-to-door on request.

What payment terms and methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) and secure PayPal for sample fees. Standard terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of BL or before shipment. Established wholesale clients may qualify for open account terms.

Do you offer OEM, ODM and private label manufacturing?

Yes — OEM, ODM and private label are our core services. We manufacture with your logo, colours, packaging, labels and custom mold designs. NDAs signed for new designs and exclusive molds are never sold to third parties.

What packaging options do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Default is polybag inside export carton. Premium options: retail boxes, header cards, blister packs, hang tags and custom-printed cartons. Footballs also offered in net bags, gift boxes and bulk masters. Fully tailored to retail or e-commerce channels.

Are your footballs FIFA certified?

Findup Sports is not a FIFA-licensed manufacturer and does not hold FIFA certification in its own name. We build match-grade footballs to buyer specifications — including production to FIFA Quality Pro / Quality / Basic parameters when required — and can coordinate independent lab testing (Labosport, ISA Sport, SGS or similar) against your production lot in your brand's name where a FIFA mark is required.

What latex do you use for goalkeeper gloves?

Premium German 4mm Contact, Giga Grip, Super Soft and Aqua latex from certified suppliers. Palm foam is CE-tested for grip, durability and shock absorption. Custom cut styles: Rollfinger, Negative, Flat, Hybrid and Finger-Save.

What artwork files do you need for custom logos?

Accepted Answer

Vector formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) at 1:1 scale with Pantone (PMS) colour codes. High-res 300 dpi PNG works for print. Our design team can also vectorize your existing logo free of charge for orders above MOQ.

What certifications and export documents do you provide?

Accepted Answer

Findup Sports does not hold or claim FIFA, ISO, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SGS or Intertek certifications on the company's own behalf. Buyer-nominated compliance and test reports (ISO 9001, SEDEX SMETA, WRAP, FIFA Quality / Quality Pro, CE, REACH, Prop 65) can be run on your production lot in your name via accredited labs. Standard export documents provided as a matter of course: Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill and Fumigation Certificate.

How does the customer portal work?

Every client gets a private dashboard with live order status, production photos, QC reports, invoices, tracking numbers and reorder shortcuts. Login credentials are issued after your first confirmed PO.

Question 14

Do you handle import duties and taxes?

Accepted Answer

Under DDP terms we handle all duties, taxes and customs clearance to your door. Under FOB or CIF the buyer manages import clearance. We provide HS codes and complete paperwork to keep clearance smooth.
