The website is provided for informational and B2B enquiry purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in ways that harm performance or intellectual property.

All text, images, product designs and branding on this site are the property of Findup Sports unless credited otherwise. Product artwork and specifications that you share with us remain your property; we treat them as confidential and use them only to produce your goods.

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed on receipt of a signed proforma invoice and the agreed advance payment.
• Prices are quoted against Incoterms 2020 (typically EXW, FOB Karachi, CIF or DDP).
• Minimum order quantities apply per product line and are disclosed at quotation stage.

Development samples are charged at cost plus courier. Sample charges are typically credited against bulk orders above the agreed value. Lead time is 7–14 days after artwork approval.

Every match-grade product ships against documented QC. Buyers are welcome to arrange third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek). Claims for defects must be raised within 14 days of receipt with photographs and batch details.

Standard terms are 30% advance and 70% before shipment, by bank wire. Letter of Credit at sight is accepted for orders above USD 25,000. See the payment page for account details.

Ship dates on the proforma invoice are estimates in good faith. Findup Sports is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure or buyer-side approval delays. Full logistics terms are on our shipping page.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and, failing that, in the courts of Sialkot.
