Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between OEM and private label?
In OEM production you supply the design and specification and we manufacture to it. In private label the product can start from our existing construction, but all branding, packaging and identity are yours. Many programmes combine both — our construction, your design and your brand.
Will your name appear on our products?
No. Private-label goods carry only your branding on the item, hangtag, polybag, retail box and carton. Findup Sports remains the manufacturer of record for export documentation only.
Can we start with a small private-label range?
Yes. A typical first programme is one ball construction plus one glove pattern, which keeps setup cost and MOQ exposure low while giving you two sellable categories.
Is our design and artwork kept confidential?
Yes. Artwork, tech packs, patterns and moulds supplied by a buyer are used only for that buyer's production. We sign NDAs on request, and buyer-developed designs are never offered to other customers or shown in our public catalogue without written permission.
How can we verify Findup Sports before placing an order?
Three independent registries can be checked: NTN 7153226-1 with the Federal Board of Revenue Pakistan, REX PK71532261 with the European Commission Registered Exporter validator, and SCCI Membership A-85244 with the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Findup Sports is also enrolled in the Child Labour Elimination Programme via SCCI and CSDO under reference MSCCI/0401/6/CSDO, files all exports through Pakistan Single Window, and receives payments only through Meezan Bank Limited.
