Tech pack & latex selection
Every project starts with your tech pack — cut, closure, backhand, palm latex grade, colours and branding. We recommend palm latex (German 4mm contact, Giga Grip all-weather, or hyper-grip) based on climate, price band and use case, and test each batch for tack, abrasion and cell density before it enters production.

Pattern & die-cutting
Approved patterns are converted into steel dies. Palm sheet, backhand, gussets (finger sides), thumb, wristband and inner lining are die-cut to size for the selected cut type — roll, flat, negative, hybrid or roll-hybrid.

Foam lamination & backhand build
The backhand is a sandwich: latex foam (3–4 mm), impact EVA layer, embossed shell latex, and optional finger-save spines on protection models. Ventilation mesh on the fingers manages heat; punch latex takes cross-and-clear impact.

Stitching & bonding
Skilled stitchers assemble the pieces using flatlock stitching, bar-tack reinforcement at the thumb crotch, and heat-activated glue for the latex-to-backhand bond. A pro-grade glove takes 45–70 minutes of hand labour to assemble.

Closure & wristband
Closures include full wraparound, half-wrap, elastic bandage and V-notch. Elastic strength, hook-and-loop grade, inner thumb cutout and wristband branding (embroidery, print or heat transfer) are all specified per model.

QC, branding & packaging
Every pair is inspected: grip test on a wet leather match ball, seam pull test on each finger, micrometer latex-thickness check at six points, and a 500-cycle open/close test on the closure. Then polybag + hangtag, printed folder or drawer box, and retail-ready master cartons with barcode and country-of-origin marking.
Cut types explained
The cut controls fit, contact area and feel on the ball. We manufacture all four industry-standard cuts plus hybrid combinations against your tech pack.
Flat cut
Traditional single-panel palm with external seams. Extra room in the hand and lower price — the workhorse cut for youth and training gloves.
Roll finger
Latex wraps around each finger with no side gussets. Maximum latex-to-ball contact area and a rounded feel — favoured by shot-stoppers.
Negative cut
Internal seams and gussets reversed inward for a tight, second-skin fit. The dominant cut on the pro tour.
Hybrid / Roll-hybrid
Negative on the fingers with roll on the thumb (or vice versa). Combines pro-level fit with the contact area of a roll cut.
Palm latex — the decision that sets the price band
The palm decides everything: grip in wet and dry, durability, and price. We stock German- and Malaysian-supplied latex grades and test every batch before it enters production.
Professional (match)
German 4 mm contact latex or Giga Grip. Highest tack in wet and dry, softer cell structure — shorter competitive lifespan, best for match day.
Training
Balanced latex — good grip with longer durability across weekly training loads. The everyday workhorse.
Youth / promotional
Durable latex with harder cell walls. Lower price band, longer life on rough surfaces — ideal for academies and giveaway ranges.

Quality control checklist
Every pair is checked against the approved golden sample. Third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) is welcome — buyers coordinate directly.
- Grip test — 30 controlled catches on a wet leather match ball
- Seam pull test — each finger seam tested against tear-out force
- Latex thickness — micrometer check at 6 points on the palm
- Closure cycle test — 500 open/close cycles on hook & loop
- Colour match — Pantone check under D65 lighting
- Dimensional QC — palm width, finger length, wrist opening
