Futsal, Indoor & Beach Footballs

Size 4 by rule (circumference 62–64 cm, weight 400–440 g), but with a foam-damped bladder that reduces bounce to 50–65 cm from a 2 m drop — roughly a third of a standard football. Cover is usually TPU or PU with a slightly grippier finish for hard-court control. Panels: 32-panel hand-stitched dominates official play; 8- and 12-panel bonded models exist at the top tier.

Size 5 dimensions but with a woven felt outer cover bonded onto a PU core. Felt slows the ball on gym floors and stops it marking the surface. Used in schools, gymnasiums and sports halls where a standard football is banned. Not a real futsal ball — do not confuse the two on the line sheet.

Size 5 dimensions, softer PU cover, water-resistant sealed seams (bonded or heat-taped), latex bladder for lively bounce off the sand. Weight kept at the lower end of the size 5 range (410–425 g) so it does not sting bare feet. Bright colours for visibility against the sand and sky.

• Futsal: 50–65 cm rebound from 2 m at 20 °C — the defining spec.
• Indoor felt: 110–140 cm rebound — closer to a normal football, damped by felt.
• Beach: 130–150 cm rebound, closer to a match ball to keep beach volleyball-style rallies alive.
• Standard football (reference): 135–155 cm rebound.

Futsal is always size 4 by rule. Indoor felt is size 5 (or size 4 for youth halls). Beach is size 5. Do not offer size 3 versions of any of these — the market is adults and older youth.

Futsal: from 500 pcs hand-stitched, 1,000 pcs bonded. Indoor felt: from 500 pcs (felt cover material is a specialty roll — dye-lot minimums apply). Beach: from 500 pcs. On all three variants, unit cost sits 10–20% above equivalent-tier grass balls because of the specialty covers and bladders.
